The Wedding Planner

Being right in the middle of “Wedding Planning Season” (in South Africa at least), we have from a fringe spectator perspective seen a trend to move away from the traditional two or three tier wedding cake to individual cupcakes.  While this trend has been entrenched in America for a while, it is becoming more prevalent in South Africa as well, and the reason we have noticed is that we are more and more often being requested to laser cut cupcake wedding wrappers.

We have been involved in cutting wedding paraphenalia since our inception, creating invitations, table numbers, menus, thank you cards – frankly all the specialised wedding stationary you can think of, but we have recently been making cupcake wrappers more and more often.  They are the perfect final touch to what is often miniature works of art.  To get an idea of what we are talking about, check the stencil and cupcake page … there are standard designs that we designed specifically with the wedding planning season in mind, and we will update fairly often with new ideas.

To celebrate the upcoming wedding season, we are planning to sponsor a bride’s laser cutting requirements; Menus, Table Numbers, cupcake wrappers, invitations, “Thank-you” cards, or anything that the bride might want cut for her big day.  Included will be design of unique items for the great occasion.  We will announce this competition soon, so keep checking back with us.
